Return / Exchange Goods Policy
- All returns
are subject to a minimum 30% restocking charge.
- No returns
after 60 days from date of shipment.
- No credit
will be granted by American Medical Depot for the following
products:
- Parts,
custom products and special orders
- Products
which are not in the original packaging or are in opened
containers of American Medical Depot selling unit of measure
- Products
that are not suitable for resale
- Freight
collect terms will not be accepted.
- All product
returns must be authorized in advance by American Medical Depot
and each request for return must be made through an American
Medical Depot Customer Relations Representative.
- Freight
must be prepaid by the customer on all authorized returns except
for return of products shipped in error. (In this case, American
Medical Depot will specify the routed carrier to be used for
products shipped in error).
- Requests
for authorization must include the reason for return, item number,
quantity, American Medical Depot invoice number and the customer's
purchase order.
- Customer
Relations will assign a merchandise return authorization number
and this number must be included on the packing list with the
returned product.
- There is
no restocking fee for returns due to a manufacturer's defect
or an American Medical Depot shipping error.
