This section of the website allows you to access your account information in our database.
Using the "Account Defaults" menu item on the left, you can access and change the address that we ship your orders to, the credit card we bill, your password, and your contact information. Only change this information if it is a permanent change. If you want to change any of these things for just one order, you can do that in the checkout process, and it will only apply to that particular order.
Use the "Order History" menu item to call up a summary of all your previous orders.
The "Order Status" menu item will allow you to see the exact status of an earlier order, whether it is in processing here, in transit to you, or received at your receiving department.
